Unite Interactive was engaged by the Canadian International Pharmacy Association (CIPA) to overhaul the user experience and interface on the CIPA website.
The CIPA interface needed to work well across desktop, tablets and mobile devices and the design needed to be simple, fluid, and focussed on content rather than a flashy interface. By using an intuitive design we were able to create a user experience that's easy to navigate and find the information they require, quickly and conveniently.
CIPA's new website was designed around user personas, with key user journeys and landing pages identified during the information architecture stage. The website offers clear pathways and information channels specifically created for identifying CIPA safe pharmacies or verifying safe CIPA approved and certified safe pharmacy website.
Unite Interactive reintroduced the new CIPA brand as a modern, reliable, and "safe" choice for patients looking to connect with mail-order pharmacies, while ensuring patient safety and access to affordable prescription drugs.
